Refund Policy

We at XTREME BPO SOLUTIONS are committed to delivering services that meet or exceed the quality standards and terms agreed upon with our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where the services provided do not align with your expectations or the agreed-upon parameters.

*Eligibility for Refund:*

1. *Initial Review and Mutual Discussion:*
  - If you believe that the service provided does not meet the agreed terms and quality parameters, you must initiate a discussion with your designated account manager. This discussion aims to identify any discrepancies and find a mutually agreeable solution.

2. *Refund Criteria:*
  - *Services Delivered Less Than 25%:* If, after this mutual discussion, it is determined that the service provided constitutes less than 25% of the agreed deliverables and fails to meet the agreed standards, you will be eligible for a refund of 75% of the total amount paid.
  - *Services Delivered More Than 25%:* If the services delivered amount to more than 25% of the agreed deliverables but still fail to meet the agreed standards, you will be eligible for a refund of 15% of the total amount paid.

*Process for Requesting a Refund:*

1. *Initiate Contact:*
  - Contact your designated account manager within [7 WORKING DAYS] of receiving the service, outlining the specific areas where the service did not meet the agreed terms.

2. *Evaluation:*
  - The account manager will review your concerns and evaluate the service against the agreed terms and quality parameters.

3. *Resolution:*
  - Based on the evaluation, if the service provided is found to be subpar as per the criteria mentioned above, the applicable refund amount will be processed within [25 WORKING DAYS].

*Exclusions:*
- This refund policy does not cover changes in client requirements or preferences after the service has been delivered.
- Refunds will not be issued for minor deviations that do not significantly impact the overall quality and scope of the service.
